SPSAS Care Hampers
We are currently running our SPSAS Covid 19 Project. This has been funded by The National Lottery Trust who have given us a grant to run this project.
We are busy out and about delivering care hampers to vulnerable members and their families. This is run by our volunteers all over the Hampshire and Dorset area. NOW COMPLETED
SPSAS Emergency Energy
We are currently running our SPSAS Emergency Energy Project. This has been funded by The Tesco Bags of Help Fund who have given us a grant to run this project.
We are busy supporting vulnerable members and their families who are in need of help with their Gas or Electric and are on pre-payment meters and cannot afford to top these up during this pandemic.
This is run by our volunteers all over the UK. NOW COMPLETED

SPSAS Loneliness Project
SPSAS are running a project to combat isolation and loneliness for single parents. Normally we run regular meet ups all over the UK with our area coordinators hosting the events, due to covid we have had to adapt and do more on-line based events which are working well.
We’re delighted to have received £500 of funding for this project through Localgiving’s Magic Little Grants Fund which is supported by players of People’s Postcode Lottery.
Neighbourly
We are now part of the neighbourly scheme. We currently collect and distribute in Southampton. We are waiting for approval and getting teams together in various areas. Please keep an eye out for our updates! These can be found on the home page.
Warburtons
We are working with Warburtons who are donating to us to help single parent families. They are donating us weekly in the Barnsley area at the moment and we are distributing to single parent families locally, please keep an eye out for further updates!
FareShare
We are pleased to say we are now working with Fareshare to distribute surplus food to single parents over the UK, this is in conjunction with our Neighbourly scheme.
Co-op Food Share
We are pleased to say we are now working with Co-op Food Sjhare to distribute surplus food to single parents over the UK, this is in conjunction with our Neighbourly and Fareshare scheme.
